So i have been doing alot of trys to get into a trance since i need to sort it out before i can start on my Crown chakra and other things. This time i went to the Bathroom ( i go there sometimes when its too noisy around the place ) and faced my back against the wall on a coushin and started to meditate.
I noticed ALOT of purple shapes ( Most either a ring or oval ) and i decided to use those as a mechanism on falling effect , that i am falling past them and thought maybe that would help me get into a deeper trance.
Well something else happened. My crown chakra area started to feel HEAVY , like HEAVY as in something is on it or trying to push through it. And then my Spine started to feel the same heavy part aswell I could bare it for about 2 minutes until my mind just decided to focus too much on it and i stopped. Again.
Now i have done meditating before in the bathroom with the same position , so i am wondering :
What the hell happened? What could couse a very Heavy preasure feeling on my crown chakra and Spine?
And what could alot of purple colored shapes stand for?
I had a suggestion in one of my other posts that Haures might be my GD and her color is Purple.
P.S Is this correct , this is how i imagine being in a trance should be :
Not feeling your body ( Happens alot , since focus is on the breath or falling effect )
Similar to a Lucid Dream effect , you can't move your body but you can see it and do whatever you want aka Body Paralyze.
