my astral and physical body help please

One day i wanted to go into a trance and do astral projection, but i imagined my astral body was leaving my body throught "link" and it stucked there. Now i dont feel my legs when i walk, and have many of problems because of this. I also tried to go ino a trance and get astral body back to my physical body, but it doesnt work! Please what could i do... Please help
