Hello, I understand that music may have some influence on our state of mind. But, about different types of music. Some deliver feelings of nostalgia and others sadness, tranquility, rage, excitement, etc.
I believe that certain songs have the ability to give us a higher/lower mindset. Is there any recommendations of how exactly to channel said feelings into deepening a state of meditation, or even 'enhance' a ritual in some way?
Take a favored song of mine, 'Disposition' by Tool for example, it gives a sense of tranquility and even helps me focus with meditation. But I've yet to learn how to 'direct' the feelings into a certain objective in my practices of magik. Yes, the feelings do come, I just can't seem to focus them on what I'm aiming for, if possible.

I select songs that inspire and motivate me. That seems to improve my visualization and focus. That is necessary for the project i am on. Any anger during a ritual improves my visualization; makes it more real. . .I hope you know what i mean. It is not easy for me to explain.

I believe this can be hard to start, but what can really help primarily is Void Meditation as this helps one detach and focus. This can help, as for channeling the emotion in meditation or a ritual, it really helps to feel the emotion first (intensely) , then soon after projecting the emotion into the desired result/goal. Such as acquiring money, while doing a money mantra, during affirmation, you need to really (FEEL) the desire for it, without any doubt, once you feel it you direct/project/channel it through visualization, and feel that you deserve it, IT IS YOURS! The concept & procedure is the same for almost all magic, feeling the energy/emotion/mood then, projecting & directing it into your desire with visualization, Music can surely help in this process and void helps you focus on the entire procedure, with not letting the music itself distract you.
Hail Satan!
