After nearly a decade working at F500 companies, and inspired by a recent question posted in the forums, I’ve created this guide on how to deal with kikes in the workplace. This guide is based on my experience within these companies, the cases when I could push back against them successfully, and other cases where, looking back, I could have done better.
When is this guide applicable? Large-sized companies (1,000+ employees, publicly traded companies, or companies that aim to be publicly traded).
Is it worth it to pursue a career in those kind of companies? This is very context-dependent. I’d say that in countries that are openly hostile to small and medium-sized businesses, it could be worth a shot. Also, this is an attractive choice for people with a Capricorn or 10th house emphasis. As a short spoiler, large companies attract a lot of jews, and it’s way worse in industries like tech and finance.
Are you willing to play office politics? If you are unwilling to play office politics, I encourage you to find a way out of the corporate world. Office politics is a must in order to thrive in the current corporate culture, and if you refuse to play, you will be played. If this is your case, go hard in AoP while you build a better alternative.
The enemy has a deep influence in multiple fields within businesses. I like to condense them into what I call the business perversions:
- Predominance of perversion #2: Employees at all levels are constantly being held accountable for things they have little to no influence over. In some companies, this gets to the extreme of being celebrated, they use linkedinese like “How do you manage a team you have no authority over?”. This perversion will be present almost everywhere, but is deeply rooted in the culture of some companies. My direct recommendation is "run away from any company that is this far gone". Even if you are there only to provide for your family, such a culture will try to make you miserable. Use the spiritual tools at your disposal to find a new job ASAP.
- Humiliation rituals: This gives out new leaders immediately, kikes after assuming a position of power will expect a humiliation ritual as proof of allegiance from their subordinates. This can look like an innocent ‘mandatory’ dance video, where you know you will look ridiculous (and that’s the leader’s expectation).
- Views everyone as a stepping stone for a promotion: They will make impossible promises and then burden somebody else to fulfill them. They will try to exploit and overload those who want to be left alone, and try to ‘befriend’ the top performers.
- Complete avoidance of direct negative feedback: This (for me) is the top warning sign. They will have toxic conversations about the poor performance of somebody behind their backs, and will try to hinder as much as possible during performance reviews, but will never deliver this feedback to the person in question; it is cowardice in its purest form.
- Networking obsession: Networking is a must in this corporate culture, I personally find it insincere, but it is the way it is. Having a robust network unlocks a lot of opportunities, unfortunately. The kikes are obsessed with networking, they will ‘connect’ and try to befriend every supervisor, manager or anyone with some influence within the company.
-Expensive favors: If you receive any kind of favor from them (like speeding up a process), expect to get charged interest. Kikes will expect some big favor later on, the most common is expecting you to comply with their political agenda.
On how to protect yourself, here are some things that work:
- Spiritual tools: Keep your AoP strong, also your 3rd eye will help you detect their insincerity (it eventually becomes obvious). Trust and develop your intuition, as some of them are skilled at faking interest and friendship.
- Distance: Keeping your distance from them is the simplest tactic (and one of the most effective). However, if you are looking for a promotion, this likely won’t hold as you will become more visible.
- Study policies, manuals, and codes of conduct: Read and understand every single policy, manual, code of conduct, service level agreements, or RACSI matrices (and similar tools) that are applicable to you. The kike schemes usually try to circumvent the organization’s formal rules, so knowing them (and being close to the matter experts like the compliance teams) is one of the best tools to tell them to F themselves. This also helps prevent retaliation, as this builds you a favorable reputation within the company.
- Network: As mentioned before, you need a network and need allies. Kikes love to play politics, and they can accumulate a lot of resentment from doing so. A lot of people with a sane upbringing will find their cowardice and dishonesty disgusting, and you can capitalize on that.
- Office politics: Learn how to play effectively. You need to keep a favorable image among the decision makers which can affect you, this means protecting yourself and stopping the kike schemes. Try to understand the company’s objectives and any decision maker's personal agenda, and find a way to act that balances both. The enemy will likely target those who are prone to have their egos stroked or who are very selfish. Remember, you can also play to bring those people to your side. Also, don’t try to do this with kikes, a kike will never have a favorable opinion of a non kike. (might be redundant, but just to be sure).
- Being a snitch: Kikes are prone to misconduct, but will try to cover it up as much as possible. A lot of large companies have anonymous report line and you must use them if you have the chance (and having a network which recognizes the kike as an enemy is a gigantic help). [As a comment, this is one I largely resisted doing as I grew up poor; those who have this in common can see snitching as dishonorable or dangerous. Remember that the enemy has no honor, and that it is very unlikely you are dealing with a drug lord within a large company]
- Direct confrontation: Calling them out on their bullshit or malice it’s unlikely to be effective. The corporate environment favors indirect confrontation. Also, depending on the company, direct confrontation can be frowned upon. Though is tempting to call them out, I recommend to find ways to make them face consequences.
Hope you find this useful.
As a final comment, while preparing this guide, I realized how much the world needs zevist companies and spiritually aligned practices for managing businesses.

The enemy has a deep influence in multiple fields within businesses. I like to condense them into what I call the business perversions:
- Value extraction: Unironically called ‘value creation’ by the enemy, this goes back to Ford v. Dodge (1919) and was further developed by jewish economists. This states that the maximum priority for businesses is the ‘creation’ of shareholder value. This is Linkedinese for “extract as much money as possible”. Stuff like 99% gross margin products, business as a service models or things like “higher wages are a disgrace to economy” all derive from this (Not very fun fact: some business schools teach that management should ignore any kind of feedback if it points at low compensation, as it is surely the greedy goys conspiring to get more shekels).
- Separation of power and responsibility: Kikes will try equally hard to amass power within organizations while abhorring any sense of accountability. This is the main reason kikes are attracted to areas prone to be measured with bullshit metrics (i.e. consulting) while evading more robust ones (i.e. supply chain). You can also see this mindset in contact centers, where poor gentiles are left to face the anger of costumers while the kike making the decision remains anonymous or unreachable.
