Mul bhand

I am doing kundalini spinal energy series, and I noticed that in one meditation it says to apply mul bhand. I don't really understand that. Could someone explain how to do that? Thanks!

I believe that is when you contract your root/base chakra through out your spine.

U do this bandh by contracting your anus like u wanna hold urine from your bowels and contract to the point your reproductive organ is drawn up, then at same time draw in your navel inside towards your spine. This bandh stimulates the kundalini, which also puts the prana and apana to work which are of upper and lower sections for energy working.

Mul bhand is also known as the "breath of fire." .Basically you inhale, then you contract you anus, contract your genitals, and contract your abdomen, and hold this for as long as possible. Then you exhale and release all of them and feel the energy. DO NOT OVER DO IT!It's very powerful.HAIL SATAN!!!

Breath of fire is not mul Bhand. Mul Bhanda is the contraction of the anus and Stomach as you described but the breath of fire is rapid abdominal pumping breaths in which you force air out by rapidly contracting the abdominal muscles and let them refill by recoil when you relax them - it's called breath of fire because it makes you feel hot.

Yes true, I am sorry for any misconceptions. HAIL SATAN!!!

So you post in a thread from 4 years ago made by someone who asked the same question as you, and which has already been answered by half a dozen people since 4 years ago, then wait a week after you've repeated the question that's already been answered, see that nobody responded to you specifically and then you decide to repeat the same question again, in the same place it has already been answered, and chance on waiting another week until you get spoonfed an answer?

Really...

Nah man i didnt post in any thread....its just that i conincidentally put the same subject on the email and it added automatically itself to that thread. I m not dumb enough to ask questions already answered. Thats the waste of time for all of us Its not like get some entertainment out of it. Just think a little brother. Come on really?
