I am on month three of my training, more specifically the ectoplasm part. My question is how do I know if what I'm seeing is ectoplasm or just an optical illusion?
I really don't see anything other than swirling colors like a kaleidoscope, but I always see that 24/7. <----Why do I always see that btw?
Sometimes the bowl of dark liquid I use gets darker.
Am I supposed to see something like an actual fog in front of me?
