Meditation & Work Lifestyle

dracodevom6661 min to read

I greet all my fellow zevists in the house.

I want to ask a question, because of the nature of my work I usually come back home late so not enough time to do full meditations but if I may ask I'm directing this question to more advanced and experience zevists who have been meditating for long..

Can I wake up in the morning do only void meditation then go to work early without performing any other meditation and then come back home late at night then do all the necessary meditations e.g AOP, AC, Hatha Yoga, chakra work moderatly .. my working place I hardly have any space to even breath until I get home before I can quietly meditate peacefully.

My question is can I do just evening sessions of MEDITATION to clean & empower my soul??

Thank you, will like to hear your contributions on this topic.

Thanks... Hail Father Zeus Forever

This is the targeted message.

Hello :)

You can do any routine that works for you. I know of other Zevists who do their full routine at night. You can try perhaps 5 minutes of yoga and breath work in the morning to help wake up and prepare mentally for your day, perhaps 10 rounds of Surya mantra to give energy, and then everything else at night, but this is just a suggestion. Think it over and see what will reasonably work best for you with your schedule.

If it's possible. I would like to see like different routines samples. Like what to do when you don't have much time and you still want to advance type of routine or more advanced routines.

How much time of meditation does it take to truly advance? And what to focus on more.

It depends on the quality of focus and meditation. If you do 10 vibrations with full focus and engagement, it is much better than doing 100 repetitions while thinking of something else. And for meditation, if you obtain and perform Sacred Rituals, their effects are on a totally different level compared to other meditations. So a combination of these can make a HUGE difference in one's spiritual evolution.

I agree with SG Hidden Warrior.

In my experience, the time only matters if you need more time or setting to be able to wind down enough for greater focus and flow to occur.

At the beginning I needed much more time to establish the right environment to manage even light trance so settled on being okay with mostly feeling like I had better sessions on weekends. Over time it becomes effortless and surprisingly efficient if you stay at it and incorporate what you can from all the different types of spiritual practices we have.

I believe the progress one has is also influenced by their meditation type, so never be disheartened if it takes more time to find the right routine for you.

I believe that works perfectly fine because I mean what other way is there

I reserve a great deal of my meditation and spiritual work once am off

I do exactly like this. I just do my aura of protection and then go to work. When I get back home, I spread my spiritual workings through the evening.
It's been at least 7 years that I do like this. I tried many times to do more meditations in the morning, but I usually go back to doing only one or two.
