Meditation // spiritual hygiene & progress

Hello everyone,

For a long time my meditation routine has included a once or twice/week chakra cleanse that is simply vibrating SURYA x6 for each with a bright sun like light on each and then pushing the light through each chakra pulling any dross with it.

I’m starting to feel like I need to do more for cleansing and I’d love to understand if revising my whole routine is necessary.

Morning :
Hatha yoga
10-15 minutes of sitting completely still to get an energy buzz
Returning Curses 1 & 2
AC AoP, Void Meditation although I often try to combine it in the time I’m sitting completely still EZ Chakra Spinning and/or single serpent, twin serpent very occasionally ball of light but only one depending on the morning (just something for chakras)

Evening :
KY of some sort (always different)
Breathing exercise (Breath of fire, sithali, etc.)
10-15 minutes completely still with VM
AC, AoP, Chakra meditation( EZ Spin, Single Serpent, etc.) VM
If we have a ritual schedule I usually do them in the evenings around this time.

I feel as though my chakra advancement I take seriously but can get super daydreamy and spacey while focusing on them. Sometimes I struggle to visualize or feel them but it’s usually just when there’s a lot of other things on my mind. Sometimes I just think about a crystal and how it feels and then imagine it lighting up super bright and throbbing with light and just work my way up my spine with each chakra and its corresponding color if I’m struggling to naturally surrender. Is there anything I can do to improve this? I feel almost embarrassed because I’ve been consistently meditating every single day twice a day for almost 2&1/2 - 3 years and while my intuition, will power, strength and almost my entire life has changed for the better a million times what I used to barley even dream of, I feel like I am so far behind. I try to not compare my progress to others but it’s frustrating that I still can’t see ectoplasm or remember my dreams usually. I’d love to hear what I can do to improve this and feel like I can feel momentum instead of a plateau.

No, that is already actually a pretty good spiritual hygiene routine, so that the mental anxiety that you are falling behind is mostly a trap, but could indeed indicate that there can be revisions and alterations made. You could add more of the chakra cleansing to your week, and there is a good opportunity for purification coming up. I recommend at least a two-week cycle. If you can go through the whole 28-day cycle, you have greatly accelerated your progress.
 
Thank you❤️ is there other methods of chakra cleaning that might be good to practice? Maybe that cleans differently to stay fresh or a method so it doesn’t feel routine?
You already have an extensive routine going, but this method from HPS Lydia Coventina is very effective:

But it sounds like you are having a problem visualising and feeling your chakras and might need more help with your 3rd eye.. Kirtan Kriya is a very effective way to help you concentrate and visualise more effectively. A word of warning: this is very powerful and gets right down to the atomic level and opens your soul-psychic faculties. Do plenty of pranayama and aura cleaning before and after when doing this. If you experience headaches or shortness of breath then stop for a while:
