Meditation on spirit/astral body

I'm having a go at this as part of the Spiritual Warfare Training Programme. Since Lucius seems to have disappeared, can anyone else answer this?
How do I feel what is spirit? Is it near the heart chakra? I feel something but I'm not sure what I'm feeling. Any ideas?
