the colours U see from an ordinary CD, or hologram_giftwrap, are EXACTLY the colours of Ur chakras . . it has helped me tremendously! in focusing on each in turn during meditation .

By using a bit of heat , one can bend the CD a little so that it will reflect larger areas of the same colour at a time, which helps a lot with visualization.
Also , currently here some toothpaste is being packaged in hologrammed boxes, and rubbing it with a bit af LacquerThinners will remove the printed advertisement but leave the rest unscathed.

I have them all over the house and even on the dash of my bakkie(LDV), and as one see the colours reflected , ,it is like a quick_access excercise . . keeping in touch and checking in on one's chakras.

Hope this will be of help to some-one, because it really has helped me, being a very visual person, immensly to be able to see the exact colour of the chakra I was focusing on.

Thank you!! This is an incredible idea. I am overcoming schizophrenia and sometimes have to have an aid to visualize for certain meditations, etc. because of intrusive thoughts. This works perfectly. Thanks again.
