Masks of Gods..

Why do our Gods wear animal/bird masks? Like Anubis and Thoth. I had asked this ques before but didnt get answer i think.

The depictions of the Gods having animal heads is symbolic for spiritual transformation. I believe its a certain stage of the Magnum Opus im not completely sure. Hp Maxine wrote about it in her 2010 sermons if you want to look into it for more info but yeah. I'd say almost everything that has to do with our gods is allegorical-having a deeper/spiritual meaning behind it and isn't literal.

I don't really know why myself but seeing that your asking here is somethings, I learn about over the
years by myself they are Chi/Soul and Magika/Energy and Pyschi/Mind and Physical/Body. and from
that one most have a strong soul,mind and body to be truly happy this is true for the less part
so, I guess you heard something about soul animals!?., its not all untrue most of it was made up or ever most of it was rewritten and mix in with truth and lies the truth is that this animals are not other people or beings
they are your self your inner self or selfs your most raw form from looking at them you can find out your weakness and strong points for me. I have a black wolf and a white raven and a half black/white dragon  this all shows and what they are to you is what you feel they are to you its hard to say because you have to feel it to know it and through this I learn to master my feels, I can feel what, I want when i want from clam to anger to love to happy I'm in control. and what I think is demons use this animal heads to showcase they inner animal they inner selfs and is very proud of it.

The gods aren't animals. They're not masks they're spiritual allegories. There's deeper meanings behind them. This should be obvious.

Everyone knows the gods are what humans resemble only they're light years ahead of us in beauty and everything else. We were made in their image.
