Love spell in pisces?

I was considering casting a love spell on someone i have a crush on. Following the instructions on the site, i waited until the moon was waxing, and i plan to avoid a void moon. I had planned to start the spell tonight until i realized the moon was heading into Pisces.
The site's description of this time is pretty nasty

I'm wondering if i have to wait until the next sign, or could i begin now? i really don't want to wait for another month to begin.

The moon changes signs every couple of days. And it's New right now, not waxing. The waxing moon will be in Taurus this Sunday, that would be a better time. Hour of Venus. Or the following Friday, March 2, the moon will be in Cancer. That would be the best time.
