Losing weight despite eating a lot

I eat a lot of food and I'm still losing weight. I also feel very tired and can sleep 16 hours at a time. I feel shaky sometimes if I don't eat anything. I get cold really easily. I've been trying to work out more but I easily get tired. Will this go away if I can stick to a healthier diet/exercise? I'm really frustrated that I feel this bad just doing normal things. I know I need to meditate more. I've slipped out of this habit since we went on vacation and I feel like I cant relax.
Thank you for your time. I'd like to know if anyone's going through something similar and what I might be able to do to better deal with this.

Go to the doctor immediately. Your symptoms are in line with a certain health problem. If it's not what I think it might be, then you have some other health problem that needs to be properly diagnosed and treated. If you don't feel right about the western medicine treatment, you can also consult an alternative health practitioner, but you need to find out what is wrong with you in order to fix the problem.

Thank you HP Lydia. I will schedule an appointment when I get back from vacation. I've been putting it off because last time I went to the doctor (about 2 years ago now) all of my blood tests came back normal and it felt like they just kind of brushed me off. I was having issues with being tired all the time back then but not with the weight loss.
Thank you for your advice. I appreciate your time.

Maybe you need to eat more protein. And maybe you need more iron. If you do need iron, black strap mollasses has more iron than any other food. You can eat about 10ml or 15ml every day or every few days for a week or 2 and see if it helps. This also has a lot of potassium and magnesium. I would be very careful about eating more than that or for longer than that because I don't know if it would be too much.
