When i read english books, i dont know what it means, also if i know english very good. When i do RTR rituals when i read affirmations i dont know what im reading, so it is the same if i wouldnt read the affirmations. Please help.

It could be the enemy, you can use void meditation to get rid of unwanted thoughts, and flame meditation to increase concentration

The affirmations are crucial to the ritual. Even if you do not understand what you are reading do it anyway.
