Power is simply power and nothing more. The rest is hinged on their beliefs and how they direct that energy, their experience and how developed their energetic system is. I would say it is about equal for the average individual for a couple of reasons. one of them being that when one is pushed to a certain limit, for example "rage," then all things like beliefs lose their credibility as the person chooses to satisfy that emotion. What changes the playing field more or less is the persons level of personal power (those who just seem to be stronger or weaker than others). Even average people more or less have stronger or weaker powers. The funny thing is is that some people can seem so ordinary and not even be into using siddhi's, but still have a strong power due to a number of factors.
I would say the satanist has the advantage of using more of their full potential (when not reaching critical mass), due to the fact that they aren't limited by their beliefs. However, I have witnessed some witches in the metaphysical field (who are all about love and light), devastate someone who was all about rage and darkness and all that stuff. When you witness things like that, it really does make you wonder. Goes to show the weakness at the misconception of people who think Satanism is all about darkness, these wars are fought with light energy. Darkness is simply the manipulation of it.
Back to the point on who is stronger though. Lets say the person isn't a satanist, athiest, or any other religious affiliation. They are about as average as you can get and don't care about anything else but mundane things. Have never even heard the word "visualize" or "witchcraft." Being intensely emotional and letting that rage bubble, and just having a naturally strong body, they would blast any skilled practitioner out of the water unless they had the energy level to match it. Emotions are power. So I think I've revised my opinion to say Satanists are stronger due to the fact that they are more in touch with their base natures.

The real question is, is the AVERAGE SATANIST (and Hindu, and Buddhist and anyone else who meditates and unlocks their Siddhis) more powerful than an AVERAGE XIAN or AVERAGE ATHEIST? NO, I'm not interested in EXCEPTIONS, I'm talking about the AVERAGE PERSON. Don't try to dodge this question, if you're gonna make this claim then do it for AVERAGE PEOPLE.
