As more and more rape armies of illegal muslim immigrants and African dindu nuffins are forced onto the population of Europe anrgy white nationalists take up the fight and burn down the facilities meant to house these parasitical creatures.

I agree Fake Name, but now is not the time to strike.Looking at this from a complete military perspective, we would lose. Let's say that we do rise up now, the jew media would make us seem like terrorists, they would spread lies. Then they would use our uprising as an excuse for taking away even MORE rights! I always trained to kill when it came to the martial arts.
I also always go for the vitals like the throat, eyes and nose.
And I am currently lifting 100lb dumbbells in each hand as my max so I'm getting stronger all the time.
I noticed the more I meditate and learn to relax my body the faster my punches and knife attacks get too.They're blindingly fast now.Like if I really apply myself I can throw a half dozen well place punches per second.
What I always try to do in that regard though is keep my body relaxed and then pick a target to aim for and then immediately switch from standing to attacking and it makes me seem even faster because there's no telegraphing and I look like I threw the punch out of nowhere.
Void meditation while fighting helps you speed up your attacks and make them much harder to read.It's kinda like you're controlling your body like a machine and just reading your surroundings with cold intellect and then attacking.
I still say this is a pathetic level but I'm a perfectionist.I'm more than 10 times stronger than I used to be and even back then I took on a dozen black hoodlums who tried to rob me and still won.
If I fought those guys again now they'd all die the instant I was close enough to reach them.
So yes I fully agree with everything you say on the matter. We need to train ourselves and train to kill without hesitation or unnecessary thought like a reflex, ESPECIALLY if your enemies are muslims.Those fuckers will kill you without a second thought and should be shown no mercy if you do encounter them in a violent situation.
Always carry 2 combat knives at the minimum if not a gun.I always have my ARMY switchblades ready and drilled myself on drawing them and using them quickly.

Hey Fakename, you are awesome! You can bench press me on one arm! it must be nice to be a man and be able to do that. I weigh 126 pounds. I just think how safe any Gentile woman would feel with you. Not because we are weak we have other strengths but how nice is that.

I don't do bench presses but yeah I am up to 100 in each hand.The funny thing is even when I was less than half as strong I could still lift a 230 pound man off the ground by his throat but weights are much harder to control.
It must be the weight distribution that makes the difference.
