Light Energy

Being able to focus energy into the form of light is a powerful tool for opening chakra and any type of energy work. So I decided to give a brief overview of how to channel energy into this form for those who may have trouble.

Tips:

1. Go out during the day and meditate under the sun. Feel the warmth it gives off. Close your eyes and visualize the way the sun shines in the sky. Picture the brightness of the star and try reproduce it with your aura.

2. Go out in the sun again. This time look around you at everything. Take a good look at all the things around you. Now instead of looking at the objects focus on the light that allows you to see it. The clarity of the objects the reason you can see them is that light is reflecting off them(well certain light doesn't reflect but I'm not getting into a basic physics lecture right now lol.) Now close your eyes again. With your eyes closed picture your surroundings in darkness. Now focus on your aura and visualize it bringing light to those objects revealing them the same way the sun does.

3. Now to combine these. Focus energy(perhaps draw it from your 3rd chakra.) Now try to give the energy the same attributes as the ones above. The glowing star like the sun and also the brightness. With these combined you will be able to focus light energy much more effectively.

4. Ask Satan to help you with this. He was very willing to help me so maybe he will do the same for you.
