Learning Astrology

Could someone point me to a post that talks about the recommended books and/or resources for learning astrology?

Also, to do a work for money using the hour of Jupiter, I'm not sure how to calculate the hour. I found a wehsite that looks like it does it, but can someone point me to either something better, or is this the best way to do it.
