kundalini ?

When I first astrally projected to create my temple ( I did it straight after dedicating) after building the structure, my kundalini started to assend though I didn't know what it was at the time nor was I trying to do anything other than build my temple. After finding it on the website it is a good thing that I stopped it half way giving that I wasn't ready and was experiencing the twitches and mild rocking back and forth I felt the pull as it went up my spine and I stopped just before it reached my heart chakra.
Does anybody have any input as to why this happened?

Do a past life meditation. It sounds like you may have been very advanced in your past life, perhaps almost ready to achieve godhood.
