Hi All I am doing the Kundalini Yoga Basic set from pinklotus.org also found on these e-group files
It doesn't say if you are suppose to take your time with inhales, ie; your natural breathing habit, or do it more "robot" like for a lack of a better term, I assume the former but I just want to make sure.
To rephrase the question; are you suppose to be quick in repetitions or should that specific set take an hour or more? Seems like it would even with only doing 26 repetitions on normal.
Quicker inhales when doing yoga or natural? Any and all advice on Kundalini Yoga is appreciated thank you!
I actually did a full beginner set of the basic one today and I looked in the mirror after the 15 min relaxation period (ending) and my eyes looked like a snakes!! Like I could see my Kundalini staring back at me - IT WAS PRETTY COOL! My eyes looked powerful and piercing.
