I remember last year i think this website was shown I think in JoS or the e-group so I just wanted to share this website again in case not everybody know's it.

My husband got some kundalini yoga videos, there by ana brett, some are really good some are kinda strange. He also has a. Guide book I don't remember the name ill look it up when I get home, it has mantras, lots of different techines and different breathing exercies and spinal workouts.
