Has anybody been suffering Kundalini Depression? For me it is relentless and I am getting tired of all the pain and suffering of it. And everything else.

it has some temporary negative effects but nothing tha is unbearable. I feel changing now that i work everyday very hard, butthe HP has stated its gonna be painful and ur body will have to adapt.
Just don't give up on it.

From my own kundalini progression experience, depression was the least painful. Your kundalini is 'cleaning house', cleaning your soul. Kundalini will only get stronger as you progress and more and more changes will occur physically and mentally. You must be strong and dont give up because there's really no going back. No one said it will be easy but all the pain and suffering will only make you stronger and you may eventually begin to like it.

ever heard that bottling up feelings can fester into mental disorders? its true, its behind drug addictions, hording, and OCD.
due to the environment that we are exposed to, we are not developing "normal" coping techniques to deal with certain aspects of our upbringing leading to depression.("normal" in the psychological definition and "normal" in our societal definition are two different types of "normal") doing meditations or other things that are meant to make us more aware tend to also make us aware of the unresolved feelings that need attention.

on top of this you have astral attacks further deepening this feeling...

unfortunately, due to the individual differences there is no one specific way of solving it... the best advice to give is; be aware! find out why you feel this way and know that emotion are nothing more then controllable signals coming form your brain and don't stop mediating, especially on your front chakra extension! they help regulate emotions. also make sure to do constant cleansing and strengthen your aura, it will help against attack that also may be causing this.

HAIL SATAN!!
