Kundalini advancement?

Greeting, for some months now,i have been feeling Upward thrust in my head,and its hitting my top skull where crown chakra is located(it hurts a little) as if it wants to burst through.another one is i feel something crawling at the back of my head and my head gets heavy feeling especially when i meditate.what is going on? what should i do?
