Knowledge of Guardian Demons: Mekem

My best friend used an Ouija bard years ago and claimed to have spoken to what claimed to be a guardian of sorts named Mekem. Mekem was not his personal guardian but was claimed to be sent. Myself being very skeptical at the time immediately dismissed it. I used the Ouija board with him one night and had the planchette move but the responses made no sense to me at the time and still makes no sense. Later, I'm not sure if it was that night or a few later I had an odd experience of something calling my name with a hiss on the s of my name and then I felt a touch on my leg. It spooked me because nothing visible was in the room with me neither felt good nor bad but I still wrote it off as my mind playing tricks on me. We used the Ouija again and had a digital audio recorder on while we asked questions the planchette moved again but made no sense in responses but when we listened to the recording we asked whatever was moving the planchette if it had touched my leg you could hear a "no". I still wrote it off. However I stumbled across the jos website tonight and some of the things I read are very similar to what Mekem said, and has drawn my intrigue. Has anyone encountered Mekem? Has anyone had any experience similar to mine? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
