The meditation is very powerful, brother. When I did it, it felt like a huge pool of energy was in my solar chakra, and it burned, but the way you feel afterwards and during the meditation..amazing. It is a long one, so make sure you have the time to do it fully.
i preformed the king & queen meditation midway through aum i felt alot of great feelings inside my head, shortly disappeared afterwards though.. why? i also felt exterme happiness as if nothing could bring me down.

there's a stronger version? It did feel kind of weak. My eyes were flashing for a whole hour but the energy itself didn't have the same intensity I'm used to.constant headaches tho. My pineal gland throbs so hard it hurts when I focus on it

Yeah there are two versions of this meditation in russian language and I am concerned why the second more powerful version is not presented in english.
