I am not able to understand the instructions given for this section of the Ritual. All I understand is I'm erasing one letter at a time per row. I don't understand which section of the table I'm supposed to be vibrating when I'm erasing letters, since some are on several rows, and I don't know the reversed letters off by heart (I know the pronounciation, not the picture of the letter)... idk, it might be simple, but it's confusing for my brain.

I learn by pictures usually so if anyone could maybe scribble on the diagram for me I'd really appreciate that? And maybe show me the first row as an example? Thank you in advance.

Let's take row 1 as an example:

Here in the second photo, you see the "On Rows" part. So, in the "On Rows" part, "1" is in every row. Now, you need to vibrate every vibration 3 times, and then delete the first row I marked in the first photo.

Then, row 2, you vibrate same as the row 1 but without the "HAYH HEH" part, and instead of 3 times you vibrate 6 times. And then delete the row 2 in the tetragrammaton.

You start from the top row, going left to right through each row. That is the order, just like reading a book.

Don't get confused by the table, just focus on knowing the vibrations for each letter:

-The dot-looking letter is reversed with DUUY, DUY, DOHY...
-The square-like letter is reversed with HAYH, HEH
-The vertical-line letter is reversed with VAHV, VAHW...

Since the dot-looking letter appears 4 times in total, that is why the Table says it is listed on all 4 rows, for example. The table also lists the square-like letter's vibrations twice because it appears twice on the same row, row 1. You don't have to know this though, just try to identify each letter.

Therefore:
row 1: [DUUY, DUY, DOHY... ], [HAYH, HEH], [VAHV, VAHW...], [HAYH, HEH]

row 2: [DUUY, DUY, DOHY... ], [HAYH, HEH], [VAHV, VAHW...]

row 3: [DUUY, DUY, DOHY... ], [HAYH, HEH]

row 4: [DUUY, DUY, DOHY... ]
