Thanks Shannon.

For every breath I drew, I inhaled the energy of the sun into my being. After the mantra, I would visualize, step by step, my goal, know it has happened and feel it happening, and then do the affirmations for my goal, in three short sentences that were in the present tense. So far, it has worked. ^.^

Even though I have achieved my goal, I am still finishing up the Sun Square,
it's important to finish what one started.
HAIL SATAN! HAIL THE TRUE Gods of Elysium!

From my own personal experience so far, may I suggest don't force your breath.
There's no need to rush the mantra. Take your time.
I am doing the Kabbalistic Sun Square, and can do the mantras comfortably in
three breaths (but that's just me, even though I can also do it in two.) When
