Question about squares -- how far do you space them out?

Satya1 min to read

If you're doing say two squares, do you space them out, or is it OK to do back to back?
Also, is there a big power difference between the short vs long form of the mantras?

When I do two magic squares, I tend to wait a long time between them. For example, I might make one in the morning and another in the evening or afternoon. However, if you’re new to this or have only recently started meditating, I strongly advise against using magic squares, as they require a lot of energy. This would leave you feeling tired and, more importantly, wouldn’t even yield a good result from the square.

Long mantras are certainly the most comprehensive, but when you don’t have much time, even the shortest mantra can be just as effective

"I am ever present to help all who trust in me and call upon me in time of need."- Al-Jilwah

I only space them out according to their hour and even then sometimes you just dont have time and I just do them back to back, I give at least 5 minutes between each at a minimum though.

The short form is about 2/3 as strong compared to the long, so its a noticeable difference BUT I think its worth it for the ease of use and speed.

You can wait a minute or two, vibrate AUM, and continue with the other Square

Complete the affirmation of the first Square > AUM > wait a few minutes > Square #2
