Yesterday Imeditated for 30 minutes and I was staring at the flame to the candle everytime it flared up or went round in circles my eyes would water and tears would come down and when I felt I was done I had a hrd time moving my fingers nd foot and when I finlly was able to I was shaking trying to get up off the floor does that mean I did it wrong?
