Hi everyoneI'm new here and I've got some problems with my joints. Actually since some time, more than one year, I've had joints' aches in all parts of my body, like hands, wrists, legs, etc. For some time the ache began in my feet and hands fingers in addition they have been swollen for above few months and limit my movement. I was vibrating thurisaz, but I couldn't finish it as I just missed a day... job etc. I've visited a few doctors but they had no idea what's going on. Therefore i have questions to you how I can heal it?? If you got some idea i will be very grateful.  Hail Satan

You probably should ask this on the health forum.

And its bs that they dont know what is going on.

What do you eat?

It is possible to get reuma early in life nowadays.
Are the joints painful when moving alone or in general? Warm?

Do you drink enough water?

Also, do you exercise? Rather than an actual direct physical problem it may be that you work out in a way that is stressful to the joints.
This can cause irritation with inflammation which causes pain.

Hey I'm sorry that I responding so late.
I'm eating quite normally. I've got normal weight I don't prefer any fastfoods i'd rather like vegetables fruits and drink 2l water daily. Since a few years i went to a gym about 3 or 4 Times per week and therefor I have eaten a lot of meat, drinks a protein shakes etc.
The joint ache mostly appears in the morning after woke up. Then i've got problem with walking and moving my fingers. The joints are then ridig and their are getting swollen. I have also began using the yavu mudra.

There could be several things causing these problems.. If you were to look from a supplement info one may say that perhaps minerals are deposited in the wrong places. In example, fluor does that. Fluor is also toxic to the body, calcifies the pineal gland and causes tendons to become rigid and thus it is adviced to avoid fluorided water and toothpastes with fluor.

You mention protein. Protein or well animal meats are said to leave some sort of waste in the body and adequate eating of vegetables and in example some sort of cleansing period with stinging nettle or those yellow horseflowers that grow in your lawn are alao used for that.
But since youre already eating those quite a bit, I doubt this is the case.

However remember to maintain a balanced diet.

During the night your body is supposed to clean itself.
Do you eat a lot right before going to sleep? Doing so may burden your body a bit too much and may spend its energy on proceasing food rather than cleaning itself.

Also 2 liters of water a day is quite a lot unless youre a tall person (I mean 6ft or taller) or work in places where you sweat a lot. You need to drink adequate to your environment and personal needs.
If you live in a very warm environment even 2 liters can be too little regardless of how tall you are.

Also do you consume any coffee? And if so, how much?

Also one more thing, other than overworking the joints or lesser functioning, a disease can also have a mental or emotional part to it.

So dont answer this here (because lurkers) but has there been anything (significant) that happened preceding the problem that hasnt worked itself out yet?
