I say my whole life looking back on things, but offically over half a decade.   I encourage you to study the history of your Race and Culture, ask Hell for help. From my own research the history of the Black Race is very fascinating, rich and noble, also you are very lucky in the fact there are still living ancient tradtions in Africa with elders keeping their history passed down for aeons. Sadly among my own Race the Yehuborim removed this totally, the only thing even close in my knowledge is the Finnish bard tradition but even it's a art on the way out.
