an INCREDIBLY difficult time meditating lately. It just seems uncomfortable. Difficult visualization which normally isn't that great but isn't this bad. My legs begin to hurt too. =/
 
Just do some breathing exercises before you meditate to help relax your body and think of mediation as relaxing not a chore. Don't make your legs all tight either try and find a position that you are comfortable with.

I had same period too. I had those problems when i made a pause for 2-3 days. It seemed impossible to concentrate, which made it even harder. Just let loose, relax, do not make too much effort into making relaxing affirmations, breathing, etc. Just let it go, and relax naturally. I hope this helps you. I have got through that period by going into trance like the first time i did it, just being relaxed, not focusing on anything.

Do you do yoga regularly? I also used to had this strange feeling of pain in the legs before I started yoga. Even now I sometimes wake up with it, and for me that's a sign the energy is stagnating and that i need to stretch. Immediately after a yoga session, this feeling of pain gives place to a feeling of pleasure.

Ontop of what Dino and Xavier said, be sure that you are cleaning your aura and doing aura of protection daily.
Be sure that you are in a comfortable position. You don't have to sit up, or lie down. Just whatever you find comfortable.

IDK what happened. Before this period meditation was pretty much cake.

yea.... im having a trouble visualizing and concentrating aswell.. i guess its the attack. dont worry it will never be impossible to meditate. use the blue flame before meditations it seem to help.
