I had same period too. I had those problems when i made a pause for 2-3 days. It seemed impossible to concentrate, which made it even harder. Just let loose, relax, do not make too much effort into making relaxing affirmations, breathing, etc. Just let it go, and relax naturally. I hope this helps you. I have got through that period by going into trance like the first time i did it, just being relaxed, not focusing on anything.Â

Just do some breathing exercises before you meditate to help relax your body and think of mediation as relaxing not a chore. Don't make your legs all tight either try and find a position that you are comfortable with.

an INCREDIBLY difficult time meditating lately. It just seems uncomfortable. Difficult visualization which normally isn't that great but isn't this bad. My legs begin to hurt too. =/
