so sometimes I have these kind of "intrusive intuitions"...because of a certain train of thoughts I end up having a very realistic bad-intuition/ doom-gut-feeling.and I *know* that it was only caused by a thought I had, and not an actual danger in my surrounding (or sometimes about a certain object or even a person). but whatever I do the bad-feeling remains
I am currently trying operant conditioning on myself, but sometimes this thing clouds my actual intuitions when it would be needed. (I generally have good instincts)
(forexample:  if I have this fake feeling towards a person, I just spend more time with her to make it fade, but if I am on an abandoned street, and the fake-feeling kicks in, I won't be able to sence real danger any more, because I already have an intuition in operation and that doesn't let the real thing work....)
what can I do with this, could someone pls help?

I don't think I fully understand what you're saying, because you talk rather vaguely. I get the impression that you're young, and maybe english isn't your native language, either.

But it sounds like you're describing a feeling of anxiety, and you see it as an unpleasant and unhelpful feeling and so you want to get rid of it. You don't like it because it clouds your thinking and makes it harder for you to see things in a more calm & detached way, for better or for worse.

If my interpretation is right then my advice is to recognize and accept that the anxious feeling is there for a reason. It's not a pleasant feeling but it serves a purpose, namely to keep you safe & secure. Even though it often comes up when there isn't an imminent danger, it still serves to keep you out of imminent danger to begin with.

Based on what you've said so far, it doesn't sound like the nervousness comes up more often than it should, based on the examples you gave - one, hanging out with a girl that presumably you are attracted to; and two, walking around in a shady part of town. Feeling anxiety in these circumstances is normal. There's nothing wrong with you for feeling nervousness here.

You're doing the right thing by exposing yourself to the things that make you nervous. If you keep at it, then over time these things will have less of an effect on you.

Another bit of advice is to stay away from uppers & stimulants, like caffeine and nicotine. These tend to make anxiety worse. Then there's the usual catch-all advice of exercising to burn off stress & nervous energy, eating healthy, sleeping well(has a bigger effect on your mood than you might think), and doing void meditation & mindfulness exercises to put your mind under control, develop a healthy detachment from the emotions and get in the moment(very important for dealing with nervousness since anxiety is often anticipatory).

What do you mean when you say you're using operant conditioning? And what are the thoughts that cause you the "bad feeling"?

Void meditation is the answer.
Also, if you feel negatively about someone why stay with her? That’s stupid

thank you guys. I'm gonna try void. :)

i'm not that  young but english really isn't my first language :/
it's not nervousness, I'm just way too empathic. When I read a story about a person with a gut feeling - and the description about that gut feeling is good enough - I'm gonna have a gut feeling too. And, if someone would sneak up on me with a knife to stab me, I wouldn't be able to recognise it, because I'm already having a gut feeling fom the story I have read.

the girl in the exampe was my classmate. I am a girl too and I am straight.

But some people has unsymphatetic face structure, or unpleasant body language. But I don't want to be a rude fuck, and I don't want to judge the book by it's cover. So when my gut feeling tells: this person is a nopenope, I just try to get to know them first.

.. Learn astrology.Knowing yourself might explain why this or that is happening to you.Aura of protection is a must.

If a city block in your town reminds you of a scene from Death Wish, are you afraid that Charles Bronson is gonna jump out of an alleyway and hose you down with his M1919 machine gun?

Gonna go with olly on this. Maybe there's an elemental imbalance or something. You could also try working on your root chakra or the element of earth to ground yourself.
