Is soy really that bad?

I mean, I don't eat much processed stuff that's got soy in it other than soy sauce and bbq sauce and that's really it, but is it really that bad as some people make it to be?

Are you serious? Soy is one of the worst things. Soy sauce is okay only because it is fermented in a way that changes it's molecular structure into something safe. But not fermented soy is full of chemicals that very closely mimic hormones like estrogen. When you eat soy, your body thinks it is estrogen and uses it like estrogen, but it's even worse than that. It fucks up your entire endocrine system very bad. Ever hear of the term "soy-boy beta cuck"? That's real. They eat soy and have zero testosterone they are like castrated zombies. In all the world there was never a culture that ate soy, except for if it is safely fermented into soy sauce.

Ever wonder why the 2 things US government gives the most subsidy money to farmers to grow is gmo high fructose corn and gmo soy? Both bad poisons that mess up people's hormones.

Yes, stay away from soy. It does mimic estrogen. This does explain the fitness level of the average (white) person, mentally (being emotional) and physically.

It's a long shot, but here's a (mirrored) video of Paul Joseph Watson showing how soy can inhibit testosterone and turn men into metrosexual pussies:

Remember, working out is a natural testosterone boost. If you end up testing yourself like the Buzzfeed Try Guys and come back with low T, a Planet Fitness subscription is $10 :)
