Is my kundalini activated?

Sometimes I get this strange tingling sensation starting at the base of my spine (lower back), and then feel this numbness spreas up to the back of the rib cage, where is intensifies before rushing into my head. I feel lightheaded and blissful, and to an extent I feel a sort of out-of-body sensation. Other times I get heat flashes, where I start to feel like I'm in a sauna, but much hotter, and I feel like I'm about to fall over. Is my fundalini open, or is there a physiological explanation for all this?
