Is my best friend practically dead? Pluto transit / Saturn transit c

Fellow Satanists,
I have begun to analyze some of my friends and family's natal charts and what I found is quite astonishing.
Especially my best friend, who has been through a lot of shit in recent years, seems to have one of the most difficult natal charts I have ever seen.
Last year or so he had Saturn transit his natal Pluto in Scorpio. Pluto was in Capricorn which is his ascendant.And Pluto is about to move into Aquarius which is his sun sign.
He went through a very difficult, long lasting period. It is as though this guy can't be happy. He is my best friend since early childhood and I want to support him, also because he is quite Satanic.
Consider that his Sun sign is Aquarius (ruled by Saturn/Uranus) and his Ascendant is Capricorn (Saturn).Saturn will transit his natal Saturn in Sagittarius in about a year from now.With Pluto moving into Aquarius....would that ease his issues, since Capricorn is his Ascendant and possibly more important, or would it worsen them?
This is horrible. It is hard for me to see this as I might potentially lose my best friend when he is hit by both Saturn and Pluto.
Please help if you have any experience with this!

I had this same question thank you so much for the answer! I have one other question though if I picture someone's aura getting gray can it make them sick?
