I don't think any of these are of Yehuborim origins, especially not Ramos and Santos that seem to be from Spanish/Portuguese descent.

And Matias, if it does have any Yehuborim ties, it sounds a lot like a gentile name that has been hijacked or taken by the Yehuborim.
