BUT you can overwork yourself by means of taking on too many meditations and increasing your bioelectricity beyond what you can handle. In these cases you lower the amount of meditations you do but taking a day off of meditating is not a good idea.

Once you start raising your energy levels etc.and then out of nowhere you miss a day you will see how it makes you feel. There were times when I missed a day or more and let me tell you, I felt like shit, a complete trainwreck. My body felt weak, rundown and I wanted to sleep alot. It sucked. It goes to show how meditatuon does so much for you. Just be disciplined alsp lets keep in mind that when we meditate everyday we are working on our souls, we are working towards godhead.
