Well it in jos it says to stop meditations arfter a certain point can be dangerous i was wondering if it was okay if every klets say 3 months if ou feel overworked to do no meditations on that day? or do you need to do them every day?
thanks for any help

There is no such thing as being over worked. Meditaion is what the soul and body needs. Try taking a day off from eating....its the same sort of thing. Once you start raising your energy levels etc.and then out of nowhere you miss a day you will see how it makes you feel. There were times when I missed a day or more and let me tell you, I felt like shit, a complete trainwreck. My body felt weak, rundown and I wanted to sleep alot. It sucked. It goes to show how meditatuon does so much for you. Just be disciplined alsp lets keep in mind that when we meditate everyday we are working on our souls, we are working towards godhead.

BUT you can overwork yourself by means of taking on too many meditations and increasing your bioelectricity beyond what you can handle. In these cases you lower the amount of meditations you do but taking a day off of meditating is not a good idea.

There are days when you might cut back on the time, because of a busy
schedule or sickness. Do something, however little, every day--even if
only 10 or 15 minutes. Which is better than nothing.

A day off is a bad idea. Although I'm still just a newborn, after about a month of daily meditation, my mother died and in the course of traveling to the services and burying her, I missed a couple days - and felt like crap.

I'm back into my routine again and trying to get back where I was. But it's not easy. Worth it, yes but not easy.

I will not even consider letting anything else get in my way again. I could've taken the time to continue on, even while traveling and staying with siblings while there. But I allowed myself to be lazy.

Days off are bad ideas.

Hail Satan and ALL of the true Gods!
