Before you do black magic make sure you check if it is a void moon or not. You can check by googling "Lunarium" and going on their website. Void moons mean that anything you start will fail and may backfire on you. Since it is your first time doing black magic, you can ask your Guardian Demon to help you before the ritual. You can ask Satan to help you if you don't know who your GD is. 
Make sure you FULLY concentrate on the magic when you are doing it. Pour all your emotion into the ritual. But once it is over, don't think about it. HAIL SATAN!!!

I don't think anything is changed as far as how safe or not safe it is. My advice is to REALLY think it through. Make sure you know what you want. Make sure you think through every way it could unintentionally affect things and plan for it.

I know from experience because I once possibly caused a death from it. It's not 100% clear that it was my fault but it's possible. The person killed themself and they were NOT the direct target. I still sleep at night because I was justified in reacting and the person that killed themselves had tried many times before and they were not a good person but perhaps my working destabilized them enough. It makes me EXTREMELY careful now when even considering black magick and I was told I am no longer allowed to outright crush my enemies.

I have reasons why I want to perform black magic :
(1)I do not want to accept injustice done to me.
(2)I have no option except to retaliate magically by myself since no
one can do it for me.
(3)I have the feeling of success because IAM a blood dedicated
Satanist and with the awareness that satanism is empowerment.
Thank you Sam Sam for your encouragement. If a Satanist tolerates
injustice I believe it is tantamount to encouragement of injustice.

It sounds like you are not advanced enough, otherwise you wouldn't be asking.

There is nothing wrong with it, as long as you have a valid reason (and I stress this) - you fully understand the consequences!
