Is an entity watching me?

Two "strange" episodes happened to me, and I have no explanations.

One day, I was in my room, lying on my bed, and right after waking up, I was reflecting and imagining some things, then this happened...

1. My body paralyzed.
2. I heard a frequency sound in my left ear, which progressively increased.
3. A very beautiful eye appeared in front of me, I think it was feminine.
4. I stayed in that position, motionless, for a few seconds.

Then it happened again on another day (recently), when I was lying on my bed, but the eye seemed more visible; it looked purple? ... it was very beautiful, feminine... and I felt an energy (tingling) in my body, it was pleasurable, I didn't want to leave that state, I asked in my mind who it was, but I didn't get any answers. All the symptoms I felt the first time continued, but the tingling was more intense the second time.

Note: The first time the eye was in front of me, my eyes were open.

The second time, my eyes were closed.

I think it was the same being, but I don't understand what it could be. I study esotericism and don't know what it is; I want to know the opinion of this community.

Something similar happened to me a while ago,,,
I remember seeing a single beautiful purple eye but very huge , I don't recall if it was revolving around the solar system or the galaxy but I got the feeling of it being a conscious being observing , governing something and watching progress,(astral thoughts are weird)and I remember calling Satan throughout Incase it was an enemy but it didn't seem bothered by this.
We had a conversation but I remember none of it sadly,
But I do recall being introduced to my GD by it(lack of a better term) ,it wasn't one of the Goetia Demons or having any Nordic resemblance,and I can't yet recall her name too ,
It never happened again so I still question if I was being clowned ,
it was worthwhile though but a bit confusing since I never got a clear goal or directive from it,,
Just changed my mindset and perception of the paranormal since I now had experience something that wasn't considered normal,like a 'first time' kind of dopamine rush.

It might be a ghost. Don't trust it just because it seemed like it wasn't a bad thing. Evil things can hide and pretend to be good.
