Also he talks about when we dance we become different and hearing the song and words makes you differentMy interpretation is that one of our African gods that still watch over the African people came to him and gave him the power of healing and he says he felt pain which could be the unlocking of his chakras, and then the next day his neck was twisted and immobile, and at the same time another healer showed up and healed his neck and that is how he learned to heal his people. It just seemed like to many coincidences to be nothing

The only confusing part for me in this one is when he says the spirits he speaks to can sound very scary, which raises my suspision

Good video(s) but keep in mind that the enemy can still infiltrate or influence people. Occasionally performing miracles or giving gentiles some knowledge. This is everywhere. I take these things with a grain of salt since the enemy has infiltrated everywhere. Same with Voodoo, which was satanic in the past. A lot of these things are left over still and the people still utilize the knowledge. Humans can still utilize some of their energies for healing.
The San bushmen dance to awaken the energy at the base of the spine called N'um, which is the kundalini Shakti energy. They describe it as a heat stirring at the base of the spine. Dancing unlocks these powers which is why it is part of African culture and other parts of the world.
I'm just a bit wary of those who appear to speak to entities and ancestors as Xianity  is 'everywhere' these days...even among gentiles those who do not practice it.

Yea your right. I had my suspicions as well. I rarely have time to research these things but just in those short videos it reminded me of the power of the rhythmic drumming. I could feel it just by watching. Pretty cool stuff

If I had to guess it would be through a deep trance state. And the fact they are genetically closer. And possibly geography has something to do with it. 
It takes them all night and the report leaving their body as well. But then again like HPS Shannon said there could be anything waiting in the astral

I highly doubt it's their ancestors because souls reincarnate.

Souls reincarnate but some do stick around.
In this case, they are probably tapping into their consciousness through altered states and by will..

I wouldn't completely rule out the possibility of some communication with benign forces but at the same time I believe it is the same as with Vodun, entities occasionally giving knowledge but the chances of them being our gods are slim.

There are many things on the astral.
