Upon waking up I got this pain in the upper back on the rigt side near heart chakra. Maybe cuz of bad posture I was sleeping in. It got intense while I was doing foundation medtitation today now. I cant breathe in energy as it gets more painful then. Any advice? I cant take a long inhale to breathe

If today is the only day you feel like that then its probably because of the posture you slept in like you said. If it persists and gets worse maybe you should see a doctor.

Try hatha yoga to stretch it comfortably if you can.

Yoga and stretching for the pain. Massage and lymph drainage may help. Also pinpointing if its muscular or some other sort of pain would help too. The yoga position for the heart chakra where you're reaching backwards on your knees stretching the middle of your chest would probably do wonders.

In my experience, this kind of pain is symptom of some sort of link to a chakra; via this link the enemy is draining energy. When I felt pain in the place where I have this sort of thing, I felt drained and my thoughts were interferred by someone else's thought, that I assumed was a sort of psychic vampire attached to this point of my Soul. It was. In my case, this happened due to a psycological problem, that equated to a hole in the aura, leaving room for the enemy to exploit this weakness and attach to me in particular situations via a person who is xian therefore under enemy control. This was my experience with this sort of things.

Also, I found out that this kind of pain on the phisical level came from a slightly dislocated vertebra, that was probaby interferring with the flow of energy. It happened me when I was young and practicing weight lifting, during a lift I was not completely aligned and I felt a light "click" in the back and never fully recovered since then. Recently, chiropractor visits partially fixed it, together with meditation and detachment of the involved vampire (was a family memeber for me); this required a long long time and effort for me. I know another person experiencing similar problems with pains, that confirms to me vampire/damage/draining tecnique by the enemy after having deepened this case too.
Hope this might help !

Did oil massage last night before bed and i still have the pain but can breathe now normally. It's muscle pain I think.
What is that yoga asana you mention is for heart chakra? Could you tell me the name?

You may have a pinched nerve.. I get this sometimes although less often recently... the reason the foundation meditation hurts is because expansion of your lungs worsens the pinching on the nerve.

If it is a pinched nerve, and you can handle a bit of pain, the best thing to do (despite it hurting like hell) is breath as deeply as you can and hold it for a few seconds. It will get extremely unbearable while you do this but after a few breaths it will just go away completely.

If that is not viable then any yoga posture which flexes and bends the rib cage is advised, such as those where you are twisting, be it standing or sitting.
