To me this is probably the most difficult of all my meditations as getting the required mental quietness and physical quietness takes a very long time for me and even when I get there my toe will twitch or something will take my mind in another direction. I was just attempting to induce a trance state and my toe kept twitching which distracted me from my focus on my breath. Does anyone have any tips on this, as I really need this to continue opening my soul and to begin proper void meditation.
