I'm still rather new. Think i felt my chakras.

Right. Anyway last night i was trying to go to sleep. And after relaxing a bit i felt a massive pulsing in my head where the 3rd eye is. It started there by the end i felt the same pulsing in my throat chakra and my solar plexus and crown chakras. Then i moved because it felt weird. The feeling left. Anybody know what it was.

I have been meditation regularly for around 60 days now.

Thanks. I was unsure as it was the first time. Im doing my best to improve. I want to be better and able to astral project on command. Been doing it accidentally. Ave Zeus.
