i have been a satanist since October and i feel bad cause i don;t know how to meditate and i feel like im letting father down do any of you know any meditation tips .

what do you mean meditatiin tips? eerythin is on the website. i use to be like that. you must be very relaxed before you meditatte. try braething exercises and or right aftr orgasm. take evrything step at a time and follow the directions on the meditation section. do a ritual to father asking fo initiative and to help you get started.

Although I am a beginner myself, I can tell you that the main thing is to meditate every day no matter how much progress you are making. Every single meditation counts. If for instance you meditate and you've felt nothing at all after the session, don't get discouraged and give up like I did many times. Just keep meditating and eventually you will get somewhere, some master meditations quicker than others, so don't let other people put you off. And try not to skip days, the more you meditate, the more it becomes a habit, which is the best habit in the world to have in y opinion Hope I helped in some way. Dark Blessings Brother! HPS Pythia gives great tips, in my opinion. They don't work for you? Have you even tried the Hell's Army spiritual training program? It has step-by-step instructions, starting with the easiest meditations. If you've tried them, and still can't feel the effects, I'm at a loss.

You let Father down, just after few months !!! what a faith !I think often to Him and how He must sad about that !How is it possible to be lost ? with the meditations ? read and practice, it is not complicated, really.You can't meditate ? Breath ! Do yoga, hatha yoga, kundalini yoga, the ten breath, you have everything in JOS !It is vanity to think that after few months, all the Gods will be here for you !You must show to them you are able to work hard and not LET DOWN FATHER "5 minutes after your commitment".I don't understand that, at all.Sorry, I don't want to be rude, but when we really love, we fight, we don't let down.Hail Satan !

maybe u got the wrong idea concerning meditation,tell us what it mean to u?   or u might be a hyper like a fren of mine,so detail?if u r hyper u must learn to avoid any source of sugar n start with very simple basics like breath awareness n breathing exercises.   i myself focus on fond memories n try to re act them in my mind when im in the airy days when my mind is so jumpy i cant meditate.try doing right brain activies 83 hope i helped.

wow,ur one angry chick,chill,he a newbie,dont want he to take us the wrong way.anyway if u still have problem yes eglantine have a point,meditation vary,there are many type,hatha yoga,masturbation,breathing exercises,orgasm manipulation,taici,qi gong,sex,falun gong etc,there many more physical form of meditation,if u have problem in the more mental n astral form of it,use those.   this is the simplest meditation i know,breath awareness.   listen to the sound of ur own breath,inhale,eeee n exhale,aaaahhh.ea is the sound of our very own breath 8) hail him   u must tame ur mind b4 u can perform the more mental n astral form of meditation,i admit,some people lack this,either they are hyper or under a lot of strees their mind is a mess.past trauma n surrounding have an effect.sort ur problem out n it will n will go away,get frens whom u  really really realy really trust or buy a diary/journal n vent it all out(if it a really huge secret becareful,i use codes n eccentric doodles i made up in my journal n diary,one just not enough in this jew corrupted society i guess 8p n no,theres nothing wrong with a guy keeping a diary,then wtf those warlock keep black books?a black book is ur magical diary n journal.)   if u need to,get help n advice from the group or look at past post coz who know?ur aswer already here 8)
