Im New to this

And i was wondering what are good power meditation? Also im on my second day of awakening my third eye and i was wodndering how to know if im doing it right. When i finish i feel slight pressure on my forhead but not for long. Is there any way of telling if its starting to open. Thanks, HAIL SATAN!

If you are new I recommend going to the meditation section in the JoS website. (Joyofsatan.com) And start in the beginner section. Start with the foundation meditation and just go through the list and do meditations that you are comfortable with. About your third eye, to me it sounds like you're doing it right. A pressure on your forehead means that your third eye is opening. Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll be opening your Chakra before you know it!

The way that I know that mine are open,is I had an experience of energy flowing unobstructed threw my crown chakra.It was a feeling of bliss I will never forget.And I feel the only way it could have wenjt from my base to my crown,is if they were fully open.Happened last year,and I am looking forward to more even more powerful experiences.
