Be more specific on what youre feeling then maybe I can help you. But
if it is a repressed emotion deal I dont know what to say i suffer from
that and slight insanity.

i think you need to analyse your emotion properly.......if its evil try
to supress it on ur own will.............you can do that........only
then you can understand ur true capability..............there are no
rituals or methods........you just have to do it urself only..........
