I want to learn about why such a powerful entity would want anything to do with our weak energy forces (in comparison) in our plane of existence, and also what it means to be satanist and how it will benefit me and whichever entity follows me.

Meaning Satan? A long term investment perhaps?I like to trade with people because it improves my life. Win/win. Satan helping us to spiritually develop means that more people can contribute more to his life.
I don't think he does it for christian reasons: self-sacrifice, helping us, because of "brother's keeper" type principle. I think he does it because it's a win/win situation. He has self-esteem, he lives for himself, not as a slave, he is an embodiment of freedom and self-respect/self-esteem.
Satanism is basically the religion of survival(the highest value a being can have). You improve yourself and your life. The enemy religions: destroy yourself(be a slave, serve others) and ruin your life by treating other people as slaves(eg. you exist to serve jehova/allah/me).
Because the enemy are quite weak(and are unwilling to do the right things to become stronger: be independent and productive, trade with others, don't force others to give you things, don't lie/manipulate to gain things from others, live by logic/reason/evidence/the truth) as individuals they parasite off of stronger people to improve their lives. Only in the short term though, as people who live by such irrational/anti-reality/anti-life principles either change or get removed from reality. You cannot go against reality and win.
