I haven't gotten any better.

Protective workings don't seem to work... severing links doesn't seem to work... I don't even feel anything after I try cleaning my aura.

I'm really just lost... desperate for help. I feel like I've simply gone insane, fallen into a pitch black hole of hopelessness...

What should I do...?

You need to keep going. Daily meditation will make your aura stronger. You also need to be positive and know that everything is working. Be confident with yourself. Don't give up.

What is your present meditation routine like?

What have you done in the past, meditations wise?


If you haven't already, begin doing the ida pingala balanced breath daily, work your way up to 31 minutes.
Look into mindfulness mediation as well.
