Health I need advice on how to deal with several health problems

I've been medically diagnosed with a number of health conditions over the last 2 decades, some of which include:

•A mix of both Chronic-PTSD & Complex-PTSD,

•Major Depressive Disorder (Treatment Resistant Depression),
Gender Dysphoria,

Panic Disorder,

Generalized Anxiety Disorder,

Obstructive/Severe Sleep Apnea,

ADHD,


Additionally some conditions I probably have, but haven't yet been evaluated/diagnosed for/with are:

Psychosomatic Disorder,

Capgras Syndrome,

Alice In Wonderland Syndrome,

Social Anxiety Disorder,

Body Dysmorphic Disorder,

Maladaptive Daydreaming,

Insomnia,

I'm struggling to deal with all of these health problems. Any advice or recommendations on how I can best manage and improve my overall wellbeing? I'm open to any suggestions. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
 
Power meditation and physical yoga can significantly help manage stress, anxiety, depression, and improve overall wellbeing if practiced daily over time.

You need to seriously calm and ease your mind, as it seems you have much lingering issues within your psyche. I will be brief as I have to attend to my daily meditation routine soon:

I would definitely try a version of the Free the Soul working - this will help to liberate you from internal conflicts and agony. This will act to harmonize otherwise chaotic energies that bothers you by nurturing your psyche and repel these negative obstacles.

Vibrate x9 or x18 Ansuz

Vibrate x9 or x18 Wunjo

Vibrate x9 or x18 Tiwaz

Affirmation (state this x3 or x9 times):
"I am completely free from any and all internal conflict, negativity and suffering. I am always completely grounded, balanced, and filled with joy and peace, in a very positive way for me."

You can customize the above affirmation as you see fit. You should do this for at least 9 days, but considering the severity of your situation, you should aim for 40 consecutive days (doing it every day for 40 days straight).

Most of these come from the CPTSD. You have to do healing spells:


Wunjo is also a good rune for healing emotional issues.

Emotional Healing Working by Lydia

START: Waning moon in Scorpio, Cancer or Pisces. Never start this working during the void of course moon.

Read books about CPTSD to understand it and how it alters your behavior & perception. Pete Walker's books are renowned. The crappy childhood fairy on youtube is also really good for gaining an understanding.
 
Fortunately for you, all of these mental problems are issues that you can evolve out of your own volition by practicing the Spiritual Satanist Path. Please study, learn, and grow. There is potential for you to look back one day and wonder how much you have changed.

This is not necessarily medical advice.

But here’s what I would do.
Raising your energies with yoga, breathing exercises, and cleaning + protection will go a long way for depression + depression variants.

Hit the gym to be grounded and improve your masculine energies to help with gender dysphoria and start getting comfortable with your body. (If you’re a male.)

Void meditation is crucial as well.

Establish control:

Understand that you’re natural and stop reading random diagnoses on the internet. Most of us would understand what you’re going through or have went through it ourselves.

All these “disorders” you mentioned can just be summarized in, prominent Neptune, out of control mind, trauma, low bioelectricity.

Try to read your natal chart for understanding your strengths/weaknesses instead.
